As you see from above, property maintenance services can range from basic mowing and edging, to complete full-service maintenance programs. We will discuss and finalize with you exactly which services you wish us to perform. This includes but is not limited to discussions about property boundaries, type and frequency of services, and any special instruction and/or request that you may want addressed during the performance of your services. Everything that has been agreed upon becomes documented into a contract, so there is never any confusion about what scope of work is to be completed. We will both know exactly what the expectations are.
